About the Role
Diverse Learners Speech Therapy Services is seeking an SLP or CDA to support a growing caseload of children and families seeking neurodiversity-affirming care.
This role is ideal for clinicians who:

Services may be provided:

in-home within your local area

virtually across Ontario
The Ideal Candidate
You are someone who:
-
Has at least 2 years of experience working with neurodivergent children and families
-
Lives in Peel or York Region and is comfortable providing in-home or virtual services
-
Works confidently and independently while valuing collaboration

Has experience or interest in working with preschool and school-age children
-
Has experience or interest supporting minimally speaking children and AAC users
-
Aligns with neurodiversity-affirming, relationship-based, and trauma-informed care
-
Values flexibility and autonomy in managing your schedule and caseload
Responsibilities

Provide assessment (SLPs), treatment, and consultation using formal and informal approaches
-
Support caregiver coaching and parent involvement in therapy
-
Manage your own schedule and caseload
-
Collaborate with other professionals as needed
